The AME 30 G Sun Grille is manufactured from extruded aluminium flat bar for strength, durability and continuity of lines. Individual blades are assembled with threaded rods and aluminium spacers every 200mm providing an aesthetically pleasing and very resilient module with excellent anti-vandalism properties. The pitch of the blade and the dimension of the flat bars can be varied to suit project applications.
Applications
The AME 30 G Sun Grille is an effective visual screen which provides excellent air flow. Combined with its anti-vandalism properties it has been used effectively in plant rooms and gas bottle storage areas as well as providing protection to windows from airborne projectiles in cyclonic conditions.
Performance
AME 30 G Sun Grille once installed, meet or exceed the requirements of AS2047-1997 Para.5.3.6.1. for structural deflection.

AME 30 G Sun Grille shall be Austral Monsoon ‘AME 30 G Sun Grille’. Material shall be extruded aluminium with a powdercoat finish. All louvres shall be assembled on threaded rods as a maximum 200mm centres with aluminium spacers to maintain a continuous line and be free from distortion after installation. Installation shall be in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
