The AME 60 S Fineline Louvre is manufactured from extruded aluminium profiles for strength, durability and continuity of lines, individual blades are assembled with threaded rods and aluminium spacers every 200mm providing aesthetically pleasing and very resilient module with excellent anti-vandalism properties. The pitch of the blade can be varied to suit project applications.
Applications
The AME 60 S Sun Control Louvre, once assembled has no removable components making is an ideal product for schools and commercial projects with a potential vandal situation, combined with a resistance to impact this louvre is also extremely efficient for protecting windows from airborne projectiles in cyclonic conditions.
Performance
AME 60 S Sun Control Louvres, once installed meet or exceed the requirements of AS2047-1997 Para.5.3.6.1 for structural deflection.
Suggested Specifications
Louvres shall be Austral Monsoon ‘AME 60 S Sun Control Louvre. Material shall be extruded aluminum with a powdercoat finish, (Not available in anodised finish). All louvres shall be assembled on threaded rods at maximum 200mm centres with aluminium spacers between blades to maintain a continuous line and be free from distortion after installation. Installation shall be in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
