The AMF 65 is a cost effective, folded louvre profile, designed in such a manner that the passage of air between the assembled louvre blades is throttled, effectively forming a vortex for the removal of water droplets from the airstream. The 100mm depth of the AMF65 combine with the inherent profile characteristics to provide a single stage louvre system which provide exceptional protection from the ingress of water and allow moderate free-air through the panel, without the necessity of unduly bulky panel construction.
Applications
Particularly suited to applications requiring installation into slender walls without panel overhang. AMF 65 single-stage louvres are an excellent choice for applications with moderate airflow requirements but where protection from the ingress of moisture is paramount.
Performance
AME 65 louvres meet or exceed the requirements of AS2047-1997 Para.5.3.6.1 for structural deflection and have been tested under stringently controlled conditions by the University of Queensland Testing Laboratory for AirFlow (pressure drop).
