The Elipsoid Louvre is a commercial high durability adjustable louvre screen ideal for controlling the amount of light and ventilation in either a fixed, sliding or hinged application. The louvre will assist with economical and environmental cooling resisting heat and glare by blade positioning while allowing continual movement of air.
The Elipsoid Louvre is manufactured from extruded aluminium with stainless steel components and has been designed to withstand cyclonic conditions. Blade sizes are available in 70mm, 100mm or 150mm widths with durability and low maintenance assured with both powdercoat or anodised finishes available.
Elipsoid Louvres are available in fixed or operable units. Operable louvres allow controlled positioning of the blades to suit the climate with concealed linkages and easy to operate handle.
Elipsoid Louvres ideally suit applications which are vertical, horizontal, angled or walkway covers, to any height and complementing all architectural applications.

Features
Extruded aluminium perimeter frame designed for strength and durability with a rectangular hollow section of extruded aluminium. This enables superior fixing to brick, timber, sliding track or hinges.
Concealed blade control linkages are fabricated from stainless steel and designed to provide high security and an extended operating life. The only visible part of the blade control is the moulded nylon lever handle.
Various blade sizes including 75mm, 100mm and 150mm nominal.
Extruded aluminium blades with internal supporting fin enable widths up to 2500mm to be achieved without the use of a mullion.
Durable construction makes this system more suitable than timber construction for use in all locations, including those at altitude, high moisture areas and in cyclonic regions.
Finish can be either anodised or Austral Monsoon factory applied powdercoat, including non-standard high-durability extended-warranty applications.
