Knock down louvres are industrial operable louvre systems designed for easy installation. Reduced manufacturing cost and freight expense will save costs on building projects.
CKD is our Coolite louvre in knock down form. It is a steel and acrylic industrial louvre system. Blades are Greca profiled acrylic or steel sheets fixed and overlapping in every valley.
MKD is our Maxiflow louvre in knock down form. It is a steel industrial louvre system in knock down form. Flat profile polycarbonate or steel is fixed to a full blade perimeter frame. Blades have overlapping sills and the jambs on the mullions are fitted with seals.
Typically both CKD and MKD systems are manually operated and they are commonly used in industrial warehouses and factories, or in rural and mining buildings.

High durability blades are manufactured from a full ERW frame connected by cast alloy corners and blade sheeting is attached with rivets top and bottom at 40mm centres.
Range of modular sizes available in standard heights up to 3300mm and variable width to 2410mm. Designers may choose large width units to create an economical ventilation system.
Range of operating is available. The operation is not limited to manual hand operation which makes this product suitable for high or difficult to reach places.
Ease of transport and lower freight costs due to reduced volume.
Reduced installation costs because of ease of installation.
Finish can be either Zincanneal, prime painted or Austral Monsoon factory applied powdercoat, including non-standard high-durability extendedwarranty applications.
